These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AYURA SUN website and any orders placed through our online store.

AYURA SUN is operated by AYURA SUN TRADING L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Commercial License No. 958444.

Throughout these Terms, “AYURA SUN”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AYURA SUN TRADING L.L.C.

By accessing our website, using our services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Website Use

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with the security, operation or integrity of the website or gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, colours, materials, sizing information and other product details displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, lighting conditions and photography.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and sizing information before placing an order.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, colours, sizes or collections at any time, subject to any rights relating to orders already accepted.

4. Pricing

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and at checkout.

Shipping charges, duties, taxes or other applicable charges will be shown or communicated where applicable before the order is completed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

If an obvious pricing or website error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

5. Orders

By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.

After placing an order, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;

• incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;

• payment cannot be authorized;

• we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method; or

• the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.

6. Payment

Payments made through the AYURA SUN website are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers.

By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

AYURA SUN does not directly store complete payment card details where those details are processed by an external payment provider.

All payments are subject to security, fraud-prevention and verification procedures operated by us and/or our payment providers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, shipping charges and estimated delivery periods will be displayed during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays and incorrect delivery information.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

8. Returns

In addition to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, AYURA SUN offers eligible customers a 14-day return period.

A return request must be made within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• be unworn and unused;

• be unwashed;

• be in its original condition;

• have all original tags attached;

• have the original hygiene liner or protective strip fully attached and intact, where applicable; and

• show no signs of wear, washing, alteration, staining, perfume, deodorant, makeup or other use.

Because our products include swimwear and intimate-contact garments, items that have been worn or returned without the original hygiene protection intact may not qualify for a change-of-mind return for hygiene reasons.

This restriction does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply where an item is defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its advertised description.

9. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from the product description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@ayurasun.com.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Where required under applicable law, we will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include return, replacement or refund.

10. Refunds

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in the customer's account.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for a voluntary change-of-mind return unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

11. Return Shipping

For voluntary change-of-mind returns under our 14-day return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by AYURA SUN.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Where the return results from an error by AYURA SUN or a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the applicable return-shipping arrangements will be handled accordingly.

12. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Where a direct exchange is not available, the customer may be required to return the eligible item and place a new order.

13. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact hello@ayurasun.com as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been processed or dispatched, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.

If an order has already been dispatched, the applicable return procedure will apply.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions or minimum-order requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where permitted by law.

15. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the AYURA SUN website, including the AYURA SUN name, branding, logos, photographs, videos, graphics, product imagery, designs, copy and other materials, is owned by or licensed to AYURA SUN unless otherwise stated.

Such content may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, published or used commercially without our prior written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website complete and accurate.

Occasionally, the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product information, availability, pricing, promotions, shipping or other information.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information, subject to applicable law and the rights of customers in relation to confirmed transactions.

Our website may rely on third-party services, including payment gateways, delivery providers, Shopify, analytics services and other technology providers.

The use of third-party websites or services may be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party content or services except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Customer information may be used where necessary to process and fulfil orders, process payments, arrange delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain website security and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AYURA SUN TRADING L.L.C will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products where such liability may legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, policies or applicable requirements.

The current version will be published on our website together with its latest update date.

21. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and transactions made through the AYURA SUN website are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or procedures.
